On behalf of everyone at House of Hearing Audiology Clinic, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. Your hearing health continues to be our top priority.

In order to keep our patients and our staff safe, our lobby will be closed, and we are limiting the number of people in our office at one time.

At your appointment:

  • Please call from your car and let us know you have arrived. We will make every effort to assist you from your vehicle if we can. We will be offering a drop off/pick up service for any hearing aid issues that you experience.
  • If you are healthy with no signs of illness, we can instruct you as to the time you can drop your hearing aid for service. We will be practicing social distancing – wearing appropriate safety apparel, and appropriate hand washing.
  • If you are ill, please arrange for someone outside your household to transport your hearing aid to our office.
